- Define conflict and conflict management, their significance, and key theories in early childhood care.
- Identify common sources and types of conflict in early childhood environments.
- Practice active listening and assertive communication tailored to early childhood settings.
- Enhance emotional intelligence and its application in conflict resolution.
- Implement age-appropriate conflict management strategies and foster positive classroom environments.
- Develop skills to mediate conflicts between children and create conflict management policies.
- Understand cultural competence and apply culturally sensitive conflict resolution strategies.
- Analyse case studies, develop conflict management plans, and reflect on personal growth in conflict resolution skills.
Each learner will receive a Barrow Training Certificate of attendance which is valid for 2 years.
Workshops are released every Monday and Thursday over a 30-day period. You can start at a time that suits you and progress at your own pace.
